Below is a list of expectations ALL Mfactor team members are required to abide by. This is the foundation that we expect those who work with us to follow. By submitting your application you agree to abide by all the below if you become an Mfactor team member.
- Do not lie - White lies, fibs or stretching the truth to our clients or other Mfactor team members is unacceptable!
- Do not cheat - Winners never cheat!
- Do not steal - Fudging the time you spent at a clients or not reporting the correct time to Mfactor even if it is just one minute is no different then stealing one million dollars! This is also lying!
- Be punctual - The second you know that you are going to be late you are required to inform the office and the client of your ETA. The sooner you do this the better.
- Act professional - Using fowl language, sexual and or race harassment and or talking about people behind their backs will not be tolerated.
- Dress professional - Attire will differ depending on the job at hand. In most cases you will be required to wear a collared shirt and dress or Khaki pants. You must have good personal hygiene to include being well groomed, wearing deodorant, and having brushed teeth. No hats are allowed at this time.
- Do not over promise and under deliver - Always over deliver!
- Do ask questions - If you don't know how to do something or are not quite sure then ask for help.
- Be positive - A negative attitude does no one any good. That said facts that seem negative must be brought to the table for discussion vs. letting them fester.
